What is the exact coil bind on these springs? The original post states "below 1.080", how much below?

What is the recommend duration/lift range for usage of these springs? Would they be overkill for something like 22x / below .600?

If 1.080" is the CB height than .660" lift is max @ 1.800" installed height.

There is a built in margin at .675 lift. True coil bind is lower than 1.08. We have run this spring with a .708 lift cam installed at 1.800. Until more testing is complete the recommended lift is .675.

Thanks for the response, but it doesn't make sense. Max lift is a simple mathematical calculation.

(Coil Bind + .060) - Install height = Max Lift

Why not publish the actual measurement?

We measured the coil bind at 1.04. The engineered specs is 1.08.

Tell me more about this beehive spring... how will it compare to the PRC Platinum's I currently have and to the other high-quality beehive springs available? I'd like to switch to a single beehive so long as it won't affect reliability nor decrease performance.

Ran .708 but minus the valve lash dont forget that.

There is no "recommended margin" of .060" You really have to know whats going on with your exact valvetrain. We have run .030" from bind static. Dont recommend doing that, but has been done.
