gain from milling 243's

so i am considering having my ported 243's milled a little to bump compression. my cam is a comp 224/230 .592/.609 112+4LSA. how much material can i safely have milled from my heads without worrying about flycutting? and how much hp gain would i receive from the milling? thanks guys

Milling will definately give a good kick in power across the board. The valve size you decide to run depends a lot on what you can do as far as milling. With the camshaft your running you should be good for a healthy bump in compression & therfore hp. We offer cnc porting LS6 heads with valve job, and milling for $650. Give us a call if we can help you with what we do with our packages!
