Default 500hp?! can i do it? my build thread

Comp cams pro magnum lifters
Comp cams 7.4 hardened pushrods
Stock rockers
Ported ls2 oil pump
Ls6 timing chain cometic mls .051 head gaskets
Afr 205s hand ported by Tony mamo
Arp head studs
Fast 92mm intake hand ported by Tony mamo and port matched to the heads
Nick Williams 92mm TB
Slp 85mm lid
Slp 85mm maf
Meizer electric water pump
Asp 25% ud pulley
No a/c
Fast fuel rails

Racetronix plug and play fuel pump
Qtp 1 7/8 lts
Tsp true duals
Nx diect port 250 shot

This will be through a t56 with spec stage 5 clutch and moser 12 bolt with 4.56 gears

The only things I don't have yet is the heads and the head gaskets so if yall would recommend a thicker or thinner head gasket leme know and the heads are a pretty much definite so as soon as I get the funds I'm guna order them and send them and my intake to Tony.

What I'm wondering is I really wana make 500 n/a and 750 on spray. Do yall think ill get it?

Ask Mr. Mamo what it will do. The heads are really the most important factor here. He should be able to give you a realistic answer.

Good luck.

Here is a setup Tony did with a smaller cam, and it made 510rwhp. If it is put together right it can make the power. If you recruit Tony's assistance, he will lead you down the right path.

Thanks for the info guys it really helps a lot!

I think 500 is a very possible goal if I don't skimp out on any important parts. For awhile I had been thinking about not going with an ewp and no porting but now I have come to realize that these are very quintessential to my 500hp goal. It will be close but I feel like with tonys help I can make it possible.

I have already talked to Tony briefly and got prices on porting but now I think I'm going to speak with him more indepth about my goal and let him guide me in the best direction
