Default Major idle and misfire problem

I do apologize for posting this about a v6, but the people at the v6 forums arent worth a sh#t.

The gaskets on my 3800 lower intake plenum and upper intake were both replaced because they were leaking fluid. Afterwards the car started but made a loud clicking noise. This noise was normal i thought because it has made the noise randomly for quite some time, but after it warmed up it would go away. It ran for a day, but then on the way home, it died in the middle of traffic. It somehow started but made it sound like i had a huge cam in it, and it is apparently misfiring and backfiring through the TB. I have no clue what it is, and weve already taken it apart and put it all back together after it died. Here is the video.

Well that might make sense also. Ive also been told that it might be an exhaust valve. Ive had a lifter problem for sometime, but it always just went away after it warmed up. There is metal in the crankcase, so f*ck my life. How could that have happened though?

I dont believe so. Ill check it just to make sure, but as we were replacing the other gaskets nothing was apparent.
