Max Stroke For Stock LS1 Block What is the max stroke for a stock LS1 block?
I know you can get a 383 stroker kit and it drops right in.
If you resleve a stock LS1 block you can go into the high 420 CU.
Can you go with a little more stroke with a little notching of the stock LS1 block to get more cubes? Maybe a 396?

I did a little searching, but tell me if I'm wrong:
4.125 stroke and a 3.903 bore will give me 395 CU IN
If this is correct, if I build a motor like this, is there any room (bore hone) for a rebuild in the future?
