i am looking at buying a TA and i am wanting to build a good budget car ..... i was wanting to swap the ls1 stock heads out and put some LQ9 heads in there place....... but i know nothing about the ls motors or even the truck motors .... ( mustang guy ) so now i have swapped to the dark side i am trying to do my best to understand these cars!


also if they do fit on the ls1 what all would need to be changed in the process?

should bolt right up with minimal changes.

 

are you going turbo? you will lose compression by doing this, unless you mill them.
