i dont have a 383 but i do have a 374 stroker ls6 (3.9 in stroke=374), 479/451 on a stock ls6 intake!

thanks for all the input everyone! I think i will stick with that tr 224 cam for now. hopefully my stroker parts come soon and I can get going on the motor!
