A popular "all around" cam is the 224/224. Texas Speed has one, Thunder Racing, and most other companies. I had the Thunder Racing 224 with their Stage 1 heads, pretty nice set up and good all around power. Livernois has this set up that is pretty much everything you need. http://www.livernoismotorsports.com/...t.phtml?p=1761
Good Luck.....or if you want just cam only go with Thunder Racings Reverse split cam 230/224.

gas mileage will definitely be falling. any cam in the 224-228 range will
work fine.
