Default Cam identification help please.

I bought a cam from a member here, who told me that he's POSITIVE that the cam is a 550/550 220/224 115lsa.

Then he said that it's a Z06 cam. I've searched and found two different Z06 cam numbers, neither of which is this cam.

Here's a picture of the numbers on it.

Please help me find out more about this cam. I didn't pay a WHOLE lot for it, but if it's a stock camshaft, I'm going to be pissed. There's no way I'm putting it in my engine until I know what it is.

Thank you in advance.

Hilton

Can't confirm what it is, but it's definitely NOT a Z06 cam of either sort.

My guess is it's a stock GM cam though, since it has the "Tetris" sreen shot printed on it.

Someone will I.D. it for you.

I googled the numbers on it and it seems 4519 may be the part#, I found several threads of people asking your same question, stating they were told it was a ZO6 cam so It may be, Im not sure on the specs though.

Well, it's definitely not a 550/550 220/224 115lsa, because it's a GM camshaft. I bought it from Nite Ryder on this board who assured me that was. He no longer responds to PMs. I'm pissed, want my money back.

nite ryder: Thumbs down

Make sure to submit negative feedback on him, that's wrong of him. The only other feedback on him seems to suggest the same type of poor experience but is rated as neutral.

I was trying to give him enough time to make things right. Guess it's not happening.
