Default roller rockers?

Do you get any significant gains out of a set of roller rockers?
I got a new set of heads and figured I would throw a set on while I’m there… BUT I have read that they dont really do anything for our motors??

Stay with the stockers and check the new Comp bearing and shaft kit that just came out. You should get a good geometry with these rockers on a GM head, but you should also check it.
