Need cometic gasket help quick

tryign to mke race tomorrow. Do you need to run a reuseable (ala ARP) bolt or stud in order to use these? alot of people say you have to retorque them 3-4 times so the gaskets compress right or they will leak.

I think you can run regular bolts but I have heard the gaskets like to be retorqued a few times.

i dotn want to retorque the sttock bolts a bucnh of tiem they tendto tear up the blocks
