Default Top of piston scraped

So i broke a valve and now the top of one of my pistons is scraped up no hole but its messed up some. Whats the CHEAPEST way to get the car running safely again. Any input is appreciated :-)

if its not deep, id just sand it down by hand to get rid of the sharp edges. (thats what I did on mine when i bent both intake and exhaust valves on #8),
