Default Need some good Rings..

A while back I posted a thread about how I had an Oil burning problem..I thought it was the Valve guides so I pulled the Heads so I could get a good look at everything.

I found that when I turn the Crank and the Pistons move up and down in the Cylinders that the Piston pushes up a good amount of Oil on the up-stroke, then leaves it at the top of the Cylinder. I had some pics but I couldn't get them up on the computer.

Basically instead of it bringing the Oil back down it leaves it at the top of the Cylinder. I saw this just by turning it by hand, so when it's running at high-RPM's I can see it leaving alot more up top. All 8 of them are doing this, so I guess I need some new Rings.

Anyone have a link for some good Rings?

Thanks.

Another question I have is how much Piston Rock should there be when the Piston is at TDC?

On my 1st motor I used Mahle because it was recomended by Diamond pistons. Now I use Hell Fire rings. They havn't given me any problems.
