Default LS6 Cam Install

I have just a question on installing the LS6 cam into my 2002 LS1. I know I need the LS6 or better springs. But can somebody exactly tell me step by step how to exactly change it out? I know how to tear most of the upper engine apart as I have had to check my pushrods a few times(luckly none bent).

Thanks.

Jason

p.s. ohh yeah i know i need a valve spring compressor
