Default Fly Cutting need advice

Ok I am going with a 243 heads that are getting done as we speak. I am going with the Ferrea 2.055 intake valve and now I have to get my pistons "fly cut." Never have done it and need some advice.

What to look for
Who to stay away from
How much can I expect to spend (for a good job not looking for the cheap way out)
how long does it take
Once the piston are fly cut there is no return hu?

The cam am running right now is a 232/238 600/600 109LSA. Probably will also got to a 236/242 600/600 109LSA (down the road)

The heads i have now are 241's flowing at 305@600 219@600
Am told Ill be around 320+@600 and 250+@600 w/ the 243's

All advice will be appreciate it.

my guess is with that big of a valve and a stock 64cc head he will have to cut. i am running 243s with 64cc chambers with 2.02/1.57's and i had to cut running a 233/239 .614/.607 111+2. as far as pricing i got mine done a cartek in NJ and its was $450 and once the actual work started it only took around 3 hours.

Yeah the bigger valve makes it that I have to fly cut and I am thinking of having them milled .0030 to raise the compression to 11:1
