New Comp Cam??? Today i was talking to a guy at the shop i go to and he said something about a new comp cams design for the ls1 that was based on an ls7. and i cant find anything on it. it is souposed to put 60hp at the fly wheel on a stock motor. if any one knows which one i am refering to a lil help would be nice. cuz if it is as he said it sounded prety good. thanks for the help. -mike

there are cams out there now that will do that with a professional tune. i had three mods done, lt's,custom exhaust,and the cam package and tune i got 90 rwhp. i have not heard about such a cam...
Its bs....theres sooooooooo many cams that can do that....look at the ms4's,t-rex's and big cams will sometimes put 70+ rwhp...**** evin higher 220's cams have been putting down great power. look at some custom grinds threads about mid 230's cams or reverse split cams, you'll learn alot but ive heard nothing of any special ls7 cam for ls1's???

what??? you were telling us about the cam that you have got that gave you carp load of rwhp w/ a tune and exhaust... and then in the very next sentence you say you have never heard off a cam that can do it? did i miss something here?

i guess it was in hot rod magizine or one of those. but now after today i found other problems with my car so the whole getting a cam is out of the picture. but i will still look and if i find out what exactly he is talking about i will post it .
