How to fix a flooded engine?

Pull the fuel pump fuse and crack the throttle wide open and crank it for a few seconds at a time, let it rest for 20 seconds and do it again. This can help to dry out wet plugs. The gas will evaporate if there's fresh air being pumped across then with no new fuel being introduced.
Then put the fuse back in and it should start, if that's really what your problem was.

you cant flood fuel injection.
first, be sure that you've got spark. go from there. if it actually is full of fuel, pull the plugs as whistler suggested.

my buddies 94 5.0 floods all the time (built motor, but needs a tune bad). he''ll have to sit there with his foot on the floor while cranking it in order to get it to fire again. FWIW

As for clearing it.
If you hold your foot to the floor, you'll be in what is called "clear flood mode". Basically it will disable the injection during crank. This is a fairly standard feature on all GM injected cars, even back into the early 90's on the LT1's
FWIW, my truck will occasionally get a little "confused" on crank. And needs a little clear flood to get started. Hell, it's only got LT's and a stock tune.
Might wanna try and find what caused the condition in the first place though.
