ptv clearance?

ptv clearance? I'm planning on using prc stage 2.5 5.3 heads milled to 60cc chambers with an ms3 and 7.4 push rods with stock rockers have not purchased pistons yet but i am wondering if standard flat tops will work with out fly cutting?
