Need help asap!!
Need help asap!! '00 Z28 116,464 miles. Starts to overheat (230-240) with AC on, when I turn it off temp goes back to norm (200-210). All fluid levels are norm. What's up?my car always runs norm temp, this is why I'm concerned.
I had the thermostat changed and put a 180 in about 3 months ago, and I'm not 100% positive it was flushed. It's got the orange fluid in now, but I'm gonna flush it and start over. I'm not sure if the fans come on instantly, I'll pay more attention next time. I'm at a 4th party now, on the drive over (30 min), I had the air on the cool setting and not the AC setting and it acted fine all the way over.
