Low oil pressure Good news bad news...
Got a tune today after my cam, intake and header install... 410hp/396tq...
Not bad...
Bad news is... I'm not sure why I have such low oil pressure at idle. 23 to 25 psi.. When I mash it is up around 50 psi or so.
So does anyone have any thoughts?
The guys at the dyno suggested I try using a 10w-30 oil...

What were your oil pressures in the same conditions before the cam install? Did you install a new oil pump? If so, which one? Did you install a new o-ring and install it correctly? How many miles on the car? Seems that higer mileage LS1s typically show mid-to-high 20s at idle when hot.

Yes,at a hot idle the car is between 22-25 psi

Well go fast after you find out why you have low oil pressure 
. You don't mess around when you have low oil pressure that is what can cause premature wear on your bearings, while also your running the risk of spinning a bearing.
Sorry but you need to take the front of the motor back apart and get a new O-ring and lube this one really well before you install it.
