you can get the cranes at thunder racing. you'll need new retainers. i believe they have there whole package deal for 500 or so.

what are the specs of your C1 cam. im running the manley singles with tit. retainers from SDPC and i havent had any proplems. cant beat the price either.

manleys. for a single spring or if you can swing it isky golds, thunder also sells them but its about 450 for the springs and tit. retainers.

about heat cycling, its mostly just an initial break in period. dont running them up to 6k untill they been heat cycled a few times. high rpms and cold springs = not good.

once the springs are broken then they should be fine and normal precautions should just be taken, like not beating on the engine until normal operating temperature is reached.

what do u call normal precautions or normal operating temp.so you would get the manley's with the tit. retainers.

just normal precautions as not going out side and cold starting your engine and gunning out of the drive way at 6k doing burnouts around the corner.

that goes with any car, wait until normal operating temp. to take it up to the high revs. which im sure you do that now anyway.

and with your cam specs, yes i would get the manleys for a single spring.
