Default Planning For H/C Install

I am currently deployed right now and i recieved a go ahead from my wife to drop 5 grand on my 99 z28 when i come back. My car has about 101k on it and pretty much everything is stock except for headers & catback. I wanted to spend some of the money on new heads, cam and tc. But I know I am going to have to do a few things before that. What I gathered from some of my friends back home is that they said I need to atleast get a new torque arm and lcas. Basically I want to know what you need to do so when I have the heads/cam/tc installed it doesn't tear my car apart.

Tune for sure and you may need bigger injectors as well based on how big you go with the H/C combo. If you're a manual then plan on a new clutch too.
