4" bore L92's will kick anything advised ^^^^^^ a$$ no question......... and a bargain too..

What's the diff between milling and porting......... DAMN...... SEARCH.......

And last who the phack cares what the damn cam sounds like....It's all about the best ET possible that will still meet your drivability expectations. BTW (hint) a good L92 cam will be much different than a cathedral port (LS1/6) cam....
