Alternator sqealing

I just bought my 99 and i have a squeal from idle to 1500 rpm. Took belts off turned eack pulley and found it to be alternator. Is there anything i can do short of replacing it?

There sure is. Ignore the squeal. Apart from that, the alt will need to come off and either be rebuilt or replaced.
