hey, i'm looking at a couple of cams. the specs are:
Comp cam cc305 228 230 .510.510 114
or a
comp cam stealth grind
Valve Lift: .559 / .559
Duration: 226 / 274
Duration @ .050: 214 / 220
Lobe separation 115
Intake centerline 111
which one would work best and make the most power with stock heads and tuning along with headers? thanks

Neither one....
Call a couple of well known shops and they'll be happy to help you make a better decision. Thunder Racing or Futral Motorsports are to highly recommended shops that put out great camshafts. Geoff @ Thunder and Alan @ Futral will be happy to help you with your cam choice.

dont want to be rude but 10 bucks says you have no idea what those numbers mean.
do a little search as there are a shitload of cam threads with info that will help you better learn about cams and make a more informed decision. go with the wrong cam i guaranttee you'll be swapping it out. dont let all this free and valuable info that is on this site go to waste that are in previous posts. search is your friend.
