Default Will this cam be to much?

I am in the process of installing my MTI Stage 2e heads along with Headers and full exhaust. I am thinking about going with Speed Inc's SI5 Or the SI5V2 Cam.

This cam should be fine for a nice street car right? It wont affect my power brakes will it? Any info or advice would be great! Also, will Lucas/Dephi #36lb. injectors be a good choice for this combo? Thanks!

Brakes should be fine, a good street tune will make it daily drivable, not sure on the injectors though!

36lb injectors would max out around 460.8hp, with that combo you should be pretty close to that and depending on what you plan to do in the future i'd recommend to be safe and go with some 42's

Really? Some people say they are too much lol. In the future I plan on doing a fast intake and TB, as well as a wet nitrous kit (which wont affect this obviously)

I thought the 36's actually flowed closer to 42 at 58 psi fuel pressure. Is this right?

P.S., Sorry I forgot to include cam specs in my post.....

I was just going by the mathematics , inj. size X Duty cycle / B.S.F.C = HP per injector... http://www.rceng.com/technical.aspx

i would go bigger on the injectors as well. you can always tune the injectors down, and tune as neccessary as you add mods, however you cant go past around 90% or so duty cycle on smaller injectors.

as far as the brakes, with the MS4, i had 9 in Hg. at idle (~900) and still had good brakes.
