I want to try and reset my sensor before I go and buy a whole new throttle body. I know you unhook it and turn the key to ignition for 15 seconds and then plug back in, but do you have to do anything after that?

also if this doesn't work, does the throttle body require any 'tuning' can you just swap it or do you have to reset anything?

03 silverado 5.3L 2wd just put in rebuilt tranny and new converter.
