Here ya go. Welds are good. Hardware is all there and good. The main difference I see between these are the $400+ covers is the gasket rail. Others are billet and these appear to be punched out and machined instead. I checked the flatness with a machinist straight edge and they're perfectly flat. I don't have coil brackets yet, so no coils installed pics.

Cool. They definitely look good enough. My only worry would be about the sealing of the gasket rail after repeated torquing, seeing as they are machined vs. billet.
I'd get em polished up, and PC'd Clear, except on the gasket rail to prevent oxidation.

Eh... You can over engineer anything. It's a valve cover. Is billet nicer? Yep. Necessary? Nah...

i can get these at my store. the satins are $150 shipped. the polished are $170 shipped. both styles come with a clear coat on them so you wouldnt want to use an abrasive cleaner. good old glass cleaner does the trick.

You're looking at about $80 from Scoggin Dickey, for the LS6 Valley Cover.

You will also need the brackets, unless you choose to relocate the coil packs. LS1 brackets are ~$30 from SDPC.

being that they an 1 1/2" taller i believe you will have to run longer wires, also they should clear most if not all aftermarket rockers.

You should probably contact one of the Mod's before you sell anything else.

yeah lets try not to get this thread locked... Where would I go to order new plug wires that are longer? Do they have to be custom ordered or does someone on here sell them at the correct length already?
