recommended valvetrain parts for cam?

recommended valvetrain parts for cam? I'm going to be putting in a comp 224/230 581 585 114 X-ER in soon. The car is a dd so I'm looking for longevity when it comes to springs. I was looking at the patriot gold duals. I know there's alot more to it though then just the max lift of the springs. What other things would i be looking at also with a stock 115k motor.
Push rods, good springs, retainers, valve seals, timing cover gasket, new oil pisk-up tube o-ring and with that many miles I'd put a new oil pump on it just for insurance. A new timing chain is also a good idea.

You will get alot of opinions on valve springs.
There seem to be many happy patriot gold dual users in the LSX community.
I run the Livernois dual, which are a great spring as well.
Another option would be the PAC 1218 or PAC 1518
