oil pressue problems

oil pressue problems new engine just installed and tuned wit no problems on the dyno,
383 stroker,thunder ls6 ported pump.
Oil pressure at idle is 40 psi going down the road about 50-60
today I noticed when I hit the gas hard the oil pressue will drop back to 30-40 and then start picking back up.
Does this sound like an o-ring problem or a clearence issue.
