searched & no luck....knock sensor ?

I am in the process of an LS6 intake swap and want to replace the knock sensors while I am there but all the sponsors only sell 99-02. Do I need to have a different knock sensor since my T/A is a 98 or can I use these?

I have a 98 and have been here before. You want to buy the newer knock sensors if you have a 98 with the early rev knock plug then you can buy the newer updated knock harness that plugs into the newer knocks and the main harness i think when i replaced the 2 sensors and the harness it was like 90 bucks total.

Should be 12589867 for the new knock sensor (x2) and 12601822 for the new knock sensor harness.
