Default Patriot -or- PRC heads

I have a bolt on M6 SS with 4.10 gears. It is a seasonal daily driver with intent to do weekend autoX type events. I am focused on under the curve, "usable" power; not a WOT, trans brake to red-line power band. I, like most DO have a budget. Looking at PRC stage 1.0 LS6 pieces and Patriot LS6 P/N 2013 heads. With a marginal price difference between the two and flow bench numbers that are not apples to apples, I really need some experienced input on the two for my purpose. I will be putting in a cam, but not sure which one yet. That will be decided following cylinder head selection. Please weight in based on factual, experienced opinions, not pure speculation. Thanks.

what exactly is your budget? do u have a cam already? both heads are very good for the price. for the price of the patriot stage 2 LS6 you can also step up and run PRC 2.5 5.3/ LS6 heads also.

We work very hard to make sure the PRC heads perform they're best & do what we advertise. Your welcome to get a set from us & compare them to the other options your considering. My bet is a few minutes comparing them with the competition & you'll be sold on the PRC heads. If not we will gladly take them back & refund you.

Search in the dyno section for dyno results, that's the best way to make a good decision IMHO.

Jason,
I will definately search the dyno section, thanks for the tip. Also, would it be more beneficial to use the 5.3 stage 2.5 heads instead of the stage 1.0 LS6 pieces given my intended purpose???
