Need help with this nose

Need help with this nose Okay today my car died on me at the store and only did this clicking sound really fast, so i put a new battery in and it cranked fine, well driving down the road it started making this loud whining nose and i cant figure out if its the belts or something else iam also getting this vibration on my shifter also. Can anyone tell me if its the belts or something else please.

yeppers, do what he said, take the belt off and spin it. we did a heads and cam swap on a car here at the shop and put an underdrive pulley on it. and i think the extra rpm on the alternator seized it up. cuz he was drivin and the shaft came clean off!
