When you remove the oil cap w/car running does oily smoke come out? If so, then it could be failed ring land or hole in piston. If white oily air, then blown head gasket. Hard to say for sure, but if pressurized air comes out w/cap off it's likely one of these issues.

What PCV system do you have? I would check that first.

That sounds more like blown gasket, did it overheat or did you spray?
Check radiator level and oil for contamination.
If not that then probably ringland.

maybe this will help, the white oil started comen out with the oil cap off, just alittle at 1st but now its really comeing out and the car is smokeing out the tail pipes, at 1st it wasnt smoken out the tail pipes. if it was a head gasket the car would have started smoken rite away???? yes or no

Check your radiator to see if the level is low.If it is and it is not leaking then it is a blown head gasket, coolant is being sucked past the blown gasket into the cylinder, creating the white smoke. Also check you oil to see if is milk chocolate looking at all.
