Default help me with my build

Hey fellas, I'm kinda new at the internal part of the LSx engine. I just picked up a 06 6.0L for my mustang build. I plan on going with the carb set-up but I am wanting to put a nice cam and have the heads milled for better compression. What I am wondering is what size cam will best fit my build and how much can I mill off the heads? The car will get very little street use, mostly trailered to the track. I am going with a powerglide tranny and about a 4k stall. I have no idea about what cam to pick so guys help me out here.

thanks
Josh
