Default got my new engine running and having a vaccum problem!

Hey guys I just got my car together and tuned to run so I can brake in the new engine. I have the polluter cam, ls6 heads, fast 92mm intake and yella terra rockers. I went to drive it today and it is bucking really bad, it has no power and no brakes. Brought it back to the shop and checked the vaccum and it is only making 5 in/lbs of vaccum. Any ideas as to what might cause this?

I would start by double checking all the vaccum lines/connections

are you certain that you put the brake booster line on the back of the manifold, that would cause both of those problems you described...

is it possible that the cam was installed wrong and it might cause this problem? From what the shop told me that has dealt with this before they said that if the cam is a tooth off then it would also run like this.
