Default need help please read

2000 ta stock cubic inch. friend of mine has this car we rebuilt the engine it has trick flow cam and head package fast intake and throttle body fuel rails and injectors. harland sharp roller rockers , long tubes and full exhaust....car had a mail order tune in it and it ran fine we took it to have it dyno tuned and as soon as they changed the tune car has high rpm issues ..pulls hard to 4000 and then dips about 40 hp and then shoots right back up till 5000 and then repeats.. i've noticed on hand held when cruising timing is about 37*,go to the floor and it takes 3* instantly and by the time u reach shift point it has a knock retard of 17* for no apparent reason .. i searched the forum didnt really find the same issue,any info is greatly appreciated

Have you checked the knock sensors? Have you checked the exhaust to make sure it is not rubbing anywhere. Can you heard the knock?

37 is pretty high when conpared to mine tune.

Do you have a log of the dyno run?
