Where to buy a new shortblock?
So I assume it comes with the ERL "Super Deck" block at that price? It didn't even list any options as far as the block goes. Whats the skinny on the "Super Deck" as far as what casting it is? Is it a production block that's been messed around with? At that price I don't see it being an aftermarket casting but I could be wrong. What kind of hp/tq is this thing built to handle at that price?

the Super Deck ERL can be built using a LS1,LS2,LS3,L92 block.
and also comes with the same options of 1/2in. head bolts or studs
along with main studs and many other features.
all engines are assembled using Callies crankshaft and connecting rods, with Wiseco application specific pistons and premium bearings and components.

I believe it's a standard alum LS-1 block. If you get to this page, it states: "Stock sleeves removed" and "CNC machined ductile iron sleeves installed"

the sleeves used are ERL design ductile iron dry sleeve.
