i could not tell you man. i would like to know as well. but is there any reason your switching from the prc heads? cuz the ls6 stg 2.5 have a higher intake flow but the exhaust flow is better on the afr's the 205's that is. sorry this is a bit off topic but im lookin into buyin one of the two sets and wanted to know if the prc heads are just garbage since your thinkin of switchin over.

205's. Two suggestions, talk to Tony and ask Tony about his custom chamber work. No modifications to the intake port but higher flow.

205's. You need a close to stock runner size to maintain air velocity in low rmp's. The 205's actually improve MPG as well. Your 225+ runner sizes are for bigger c.i applications.

Thinner gasket will help too, but you need to watch compression in CA. Again, questions that Tony can definitely answer for you.

Good point, but since the OP has LT's, an ORY and is running a 228 cam, my guess is he must not be smogging the car or has 'connections'.

I assume you are referring to NOx?

Connections yes. The PRCs are good but theres a guy with a 00 camaro ss, 228 cam, AFR 205s etc making 455rwhp! With that cam the PRCs give ~420rwhp but with 205s he made 455rwhp. This is why Im thinking of changing.
However I kinda knew the AFR+225s would have a lazier air velocity so the 205s is probably the best for the LS1 with a 228 cam. Any objections?
