Default Dyno Numbers-Input Please

Mods on my car for the dyno were MTI Lid, K&N Filter, SLP Loudmouth Exhaust. My car is an 02' Z28 2.73's A4. The car was running on 87 octane when dynoed and was quickly switched to 93 after the dyno. Any idea why there is such a big diff. in the hp #'s to the tq #'s? I'm clueless. Since then i've done mac headers and now im looking to do a cam swap. Any suggestions on what cam to go with. Its my daily driver and i want it to be a real noticable cam soundwise. Any help with any of this would be greatly appreciated.

why's it so spikey  and why were you running 87 having more tq then hp is normal on a relatively stock ls1. when you start in the heavy mods your hp will increase more then the tq. i'd get some more bolt ons before a cam and a new TC more so. when your ready for a cam look into the tr224 on the 114.

It was spikey because of the smoothing scale was set close to 0 on the dynojet, most likely.

Nice #s!

thats a start, you didnt list the macs in your sig. before anything else though get a new TC, it'll wake your car up and set the foundation for a new cam. might want to get rid of the 2.73's too. as far as bolt ons go you want to have your intake and exhuast setup completed before delving into heads and/or cams.

Was that dyno with or w/o the Macs. I assume it is W/o them. A converter is a must. After you get one you wont understand why you didnt get it sooner. You could get a set of 3.23's or 3.42's for cheap used.2.73 and i high stall will feel loose.
