what is the stock size of the intake valve?

Not 100%, but I think it's 2.00".

2.00 is correct. 1.55 exhaust valve.

yup. tonight i my friend pulled his stock 5.0 heads and it was funny how small the valves were 1.78/1.4x . there was also a quarter size hole in his piston

Our stock pistons are pretty weak too... detonation will kill them quick.

1.78 valves is SMALL, then again, it's only got to feed a 5.0 liter motor.
