stock 706 heads, valve locks

I am changing out my valve springs to GM yellows with my z06 cam swap in my 5.3.

Long story short I was putting one of the new springs together when I dropped a valve lock

After an hour or so of searching I can't find it

So, anyone know the specs for these things? Valve stem diameter? lock style(degrees of pitch)?

any recommendations? part numbers?
