Cam suggestions for a truck

I need a new cam. It will be installed in a 5.7 with ported heads and 10.3 compression. It will have to like N20.
I want peak torque around 4,500 and do not want to spin it more than 6,200. I don't want it to idle like crap, like stock would be perfect. I am afraid that the cam I already have is perfect. If you please, I would like suggestions.
P.S. My truck weights a little under 4,400 pounds.

is ur 212/218 the original one with .522 lift, or a newer XE one? if its an XE, leave it... if not, how about a 214/218 or 216/220 on XE lobes with a 114lsa?

I think it is the older one. I have had it for over a year and a half. What is the difference between mine and a XE? Thank you for your suggestion.

the older cams had lifts in the .520 range, the XE ramps r faster with lifts in the .560 range, and the XE-R's r faster still with .580+ lifts...
