opinions on this cam please

heres some info on my new cam, the guy that does my work picked it out, when i mention i think i got a 218/224 most people that know more than me say its a mild cam, i am curious what i got here!

218.6 intake duration / 224.8 exhaust duration
.56067 intake valve lift / .57405 exhaust valve lift
112.3 lobe separation

i have the grind sheet if you need more #'s...thanks

Are you spraying or F/I? That's a pretty wide split otherwise. The duration is a little smaller than you could use if you wanted bigger duration.

IMO needs more intake duration to make the best power. I'd ~ 220/220 to 224/224 over than cam with the same ramp rate or a little more aggressive ramp rate.

Was the cam actually ordered as a 113 LSA cam? Looks to me sort of like it was.
