Default are these the same heads

i have two sets of heads and i was gonna use one of each but noticed they had different casting numbers wondering if someone can tell me if there the same or not, the first set are off a 2000 silverado with the 5.3 number is 9930721565439864 and the second set are off another 5.3 at least i think it is not sure of the year but the number is 0210522096033680 those are the numbers on the inside under the valve cover and the number on the corner of the head both say 862 just wanna know if there are any differences thanks for any help anyone can give me

Definitely budget

If they're both 862s, it's good to go.
