ms4 cam one last?

ms4 cam one last? when i put this cam in my ls1 all i need is to upgrade the pushrods and valve springs correct not lifters or anything someone tell me.

For one thing, "alls" is not a word.
Second, no thats not all you need. Your going to need a front cover gasket, water pump gaskets, oil pump o-ring.
If your car is an auto, youll need a stall. If its a M6, youll need a clutch really soon.
How many miles are on the car? If its less than 50k the lifters will probably be ok. If more than that, they're on borrowed time with a cam like that and the spring pressures that come along with it.

Like stated, there are other items to consider, the cam gasket kit being the minimum.
