Default Broken spring, maybe some other damage?

The car decided to eat a spring and broke the rocker arm too. The car was driven a bit until I noticed bad exhaust sounds and the car almost dieing. So my question is, have the broken spring and rocker arm caused any other damage in the engine? Thanks

Maybe not, when you change the rocker and spring,
and start it up you will know real quick. also look good at the plug when you take it out. the good news the the rocker and spring are easy to change.

if it goes the other way and you have some damage, well that is not so easy to fix

If a valve tagged a piston that would not be good. Stock rockers? Stock springs? details please.
