Porting LS6 heads?

Thumbs up Porting LS6 heads?

I have a 00 ss a4 im gonna be putting and ls1 back in it and im gonna buy ls6 heads and hopefully get them ported is it even worth doing if im going to be putting and ls6 intake on it or if I can should I get the intake ported to I need to know? someone help

yes its worth it to have them ported if they are off.

Almost always worth it to have any heads ported, but make sure you find someone who knows what they are doing. The LS6 heads flow well stock, but can be made better with a quality port job.

im getting them for 400 there real ls6 heads with the sodium filled exhaust valves they were off a zo6 the guy says there good he just wants them gone

I supplied everything (243s, valves, springs etc) and Advanced Induction CHD did all the work for under 1100 and they have a great track record. With my new H/C package and supporting mods 453rwhp 422 tq through an RPM Stage V 4L60E Vigi 3400 stall.
