Default ARP torque specs.

Anyone know the torque specs on ARP rod bolts

directions in the package of pro bolts say
.0062-.0066 stretch
or 40 ft lbs loosen, than 40, loosen than 40 again
and it says to use the arp moly assembly lube

also, would i benefit from torqueing with the stretch method?

IMO you should get yourself a rod bolt stretch gauge. It's well worth the 60 bucks and you get piece of mind that the bolts are torqued properly.
