exhaust problem?

I've been getting weird loud noises from my exhaust and seems to be getting worse.....

I think my muffler bearings are bad?

how many miles do you get out of your guys muffler bearings?

ive been using these for the past 20k miles. http://kalecoauto.com/index.php?main...products_id=10 no problem in over 5 years
